Miss Ryan Fox is the powerhouse broker and CEO of The Fox Group Enterprises, Inc. and founder of the Real Estate Fox Academy (REFA). Headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, she is one of the few Black female-owned real estate firms in the city.
A full-time Realtor for nearly two decades, Ryan has focused primarily on luxury home sales, commercial sales and leasing, and the sales and management of multi-family properties. She built her practice around a single conviction: real estate is not a transaction — it is one of the most consequential decisions a person will make.
Ryan turned down every offer to merge with larger brands or absorb into a franchise. Independence, she has said publicly, was the most important decision of her career — the freedom to build a firm that reflects her ethics and to spend her time exactly where her clients need her.
Beyond the brokerage, Ryan is a nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurship, credit, and real estate wealth-building, and mentors the next generation of agents through the Real Estate Fox Academy.
